Back in 2006, Pelosi said the Dems would have the most honest, ethical and open government. Earmark reform was a hot topic and senators would have to be be open about whose getting the money.

Senators, shame on you for keeping the secrets on ethic reform from the public. Senators, shame on you for rewording the legislation to provide loopholes so you don't have to tell the public the truth.
